Inventory Data & Research (IDR) is committed to ensuring all inventory and courses meet the needs of all internal and external customers and is current, accurate and available; enabling recruiters, students and service providers to make confident study choices. Modelling best practices, we are a data inventory and research team that inspires excellence and is known worldwide for its product, research, and knowledge.


About the Role
The Inventory Data & Research (IDR) Team is responsible for preparing, verifying and entering data from various sources into the Adventus.io system for processing and management and is a key electronic data source for both internal and external stakeholders in the use if the Adventus.io platform.


A day in the life of an Inventory Data & Research Officer
● Compiling, verifying and sorting data from University websites to prepare source data for entry into system
● Calculate institution fees and assign to relevant data point
● Entering data into the system in an accurate and timely manner
● Assign grading information and grading brackets to each course/institution/university
● Ensure that data process flows are adhered to maintain accuracy and efficiency
● Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities through reviews and QA checks
● Proactively research and update any incomplete documents with omitted data information
● Create and manage spreadsheets ensuring critical links are accurately embedded
● Ensuring data integrity, confidentiality and security is strictly adhered to at all times
● Undertaking system checks to review and update existing data sets to ensure data is up to date and accurate.

About You

∙ Strong attention to detail with ability with eye for micro details
∙ Proven accuracy and efficiency in completing documentation and data administration tasks
∙ Can analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions

∙ Excellent communication (verbal and written (English)
∙ Communicates clearly and actively listen to others

Planning & Organizing
∙ Exceptional organizational skills, delivery quality efficient and accurate data processing

∙ Prior experience in data entry/administration
∙ Experience in entry fluency in spreadsheets and data processing tools
