What are we looking for?

 

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to build relationships with our partner institutions and be the specialist in the portfolio they manage.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the global environment, manage cross border transactions and resolve any issues that arise.

 

Key Accountabilities

• Work closely with our Institutional partners to resolve any queries
• Manage the collections for student commission from our Institution partners
• Prepare the monthly commission schedule and generate RCTI invoices
• Ensure all commission payments are correctly authorized and processed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the monthly commission payment schedule 
• Liaise with third-party payment gateways to resolve payment issues as/when required.
• Setup new vendors on the platform
• Monitor students and update the status of the students in the platform
• Drive new improvements to the current payment process to enhance efficiency. 

 

 About You

 

The ideal candidate with have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and other related majors
• More than 3 years of accounts receivable work experience
• Be logical thinker, with good problems solving skills 
• The ability to work autonomously with good communication skills and a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Netsuite and Mac OS. 
• If you have an understanding of the international student recruitment industry that would be highly valued
